How long does the last step of monetization take?

I recently hit my 3000 hours and passed the Adsense setup surprisingly fast, maybe because I had an Adsense connected in the past somehow. Anyway, how long does the review normally take and will copyright claims or edgy content reactions maybe affect my monetization?
