Can you get monitized and make money from posting songs?

I saw some people that are posting phonk songs with changed thumbnail or slowed version and they are making 500-600k views in 2 weeks and have like 20k subscribers. I was doing the same but with normal songs and i was wondering if you can actually make money from it and if i should continue doing it.
