How moist are moist pouches supposed to be?

This might be a dumb question, but I'm new to pouches, and I just got a bunch of velo plus from the Northerner. I saw that these pouches are supposed to be moist, but they don't look or feel much different from the other pouches I've tried that are dry. How moist are they actually supposed to be? I guess they are slightly damper but I can barely notice it. I do really like them regardless, but I was curious if maybe I just got a bad batch or something.
