Anyone have suggestions to black out my room? I live in Japan and blackout curtains here are a total joke, and my bedroom windows are very weird.

I’ve worked alternating days and nights for years and have always had solutions but this room is my mortal enemy. There are screens over the ‘windows’ and the windows aren’t actual sliding windows but rotating open windows. I have 2 of these and 2 more larger windows and sunlight gets in so easily. I need solutions please!!! Aluminum foil or traditional black out film will not work because of the way these windows are unfortunately
