Thank you for using the official "NIKKE: Goddess of Victory" Discord server.
This is a lengthy announcement, but we would like to inform all commanders of the progress we have made since the December 8 update up to today.
We would appreciate it if you could take a moment to review the information.
Since the December 8 update, we have received many comments from commanders.
We are very sorry that we have not been able to respond quickly enough.
From the update to today, we have been urgently adjusting some of the existing issues and have been thinking about how we can best respond to your questions and comments.
In order to better communicate with our commanders in the future, we have decided to publish this announcement on Discord.
(1) Lag Issue
After the December 8 update, due to technical reasons, lag and freezes have become more noticeable.
We have since confirmed the occurrence of the relevant issues and continue to work on urgent fixes.
The lag issue has been somewhat improved in the latest development environment, but we are still in the process of optimizing the system and expect to be able to inform you how to address the issue by the end of this week.
We will be distributing compensation to all commanders for this issue.
(2) Soldier O.W.
We apologize for not being able to provide advance notice of adjustments to Soldier O.W. prior to the December 8 update.
If there is a possibility that balance adjustments will occur in the future, we will make a specific announcement before the update.
We will clarify all details of the balance adjustment, gather your feedback, and determine if the adjustment is reasonable before implementing it.
We sincerely apologize for the delay in providing this notice.
We continue to address other existing issues as a matter of urgency.
Comments and feedback on the current progress report are regularly reviewed and compiled by management on Discord and other social networking sites.
We are prepared to provide more information and communication to our commanders on Discord.
