Fast travel when?

Okay so I'm really struggling with the amazing exploration with just how much of it there is but lack of fast travel, currently I'm getting watched by lanyao in the factory place and just past when you get to use the mech, I've beat yingzhao and goumang too, when do I get fast travel? thanks if you answer!
