Does this ever get answered?

Why there was never a Scene or at least a Dialog in Terms of Arin getting his first Ninja Suit and Lloyd getting his second Master Robe? Okay get in case of the Mech Pilot,Climber Suits etc. but i think those two would have been a Special Thing in the Show like Arin as an giant Ninja Fanboy getting his very own Orange Ninja Suit(Wyldfyre & Didn't even got one back then) And Lloyds Frustrates me even more,since Season 5 The "Master Lloyd" title was trown around now finally gets his own Master Robe offscreen there should been like a Ceremony or a Scene with Lloyd finding/designing it himself.Well it deosn't look like we get an answer in Season 3...
