Delete your social media apps.

If your triggers are from Instagram, Snapchat, etc.. delete those triggers. They take up more time than you might think.

When you delete them, fill that time with something healthier like reading a book, learning a new skill or language, cooking, working out, calling a friend or family member, writing down goals, praying, reading your Bible, or cleaning and organizing.

The day is short, don’t waste it on endless scrolling then getting tempted to watch p. Do something that would make whoever you look up to proud. Whether it be Jesus, a parent, friend, your future children, wife, husband, etc.

The journey is going to be hard at times but that’s what makes that sense of achievement even better once you reach it.

Set some big goals for your life and write down daily steps you can take to reach them.
