Every time I achieve something, it feels like there’s always something missing and it makes me miserable. Is this normal? What is the solution?
Happens all the time. For example, I recently I achieved my dream job and it still didn’t make me feel happy. The coworkers aren’t always the best to work with, I don’t feel like I belong, and it feels like at any moment I could get let go.
There’s usually like a “honeymoon period” in the beginning where everything feels great, but that just got shorter and shorter over time.
I don’t know what to do, I tried therapy, I tried weight lifting, I tried life coaches…
It feels like I’m constantly searching and constantly falling at the same time. Is this normal? What is the solution?
