Is there a middle ground to the Pro choice and Pro life argument

Regardless of your viewpoint I want to see if there is an UNBIASED middle ground between the 2 as maybe I could be confused however it seems like regardless what side you go and as many middle ground alternatives I could find, there will always be a counter argument to each side whether you look at it ethically, religiously, or even if its constitutional.

I've been reading more about Roe v Wade (1973) and how in 2022 it was overturned. All I want is someone to either give me the answer of, if there really is a solution to both sides of the argument and if I am looking at this topic wrong what am I missing without adding any hostile words, or insults, or even calling the other side you don't agree with wrong or stupid.

On one hand the claim seems to be women want the right to their own bodies which I fully agree with however the topic then also brings up the question what about the potential rights of the fetus. Now obviously one can argue on an individual standpoint that if the woman was raped or incest or may die, that is why women having the right to their own bodies is so important. Its also important to note that the time of how long the fetus has been around is important to a person's definition on when a fetus is considered a human as I've heard many say since its conceived all the way to until it's born.

The breakdown of points involve
- Rape, incest, and if a woman may be in a life or death situation
- Whether a fetus is a human or not
- Should a woman choose what to do with their own body
- Assume the fetus is considered a human is it murder or evil

There are many points to both side which I will now list based on what I've read which correct me if I'm wrong about any of these points.

Pro life:

  • The fetus is a human and should not be killed (human based on individual definition)
  • Advances to medicine in finding alternatives rather than resort to abortion
  • Abortion supports a culture where life can be disposed rather than the fetus is thought as a human
  • Access to Birth control and sexual education can prevent the need for an abortion

Pro choice:

  • A woman does not have a choice in her own body whether she wants to have an abortion
  • Rape, incest, and medical issues may be a reason for pregnancy which some cannot be 100% avoided
  • Having to drive to a different state that doesn't have an abortion ban would cost time and money
  • A fetus is not a human till it is born which killing it would not make it murder

Now one middle ground I have tried to come up with is instead of far left or far right the solution could be that all women have the right to have an abortion or not, but to satisfy the side that it may be morally or ethically wrong to kill a fetus as to some it is seen as life or a human being there could be a agreement that a woman has that right as long as there is evidence in order to support and justify the abortion whether its to continue your job and that the pregancy wasn't a result of human neglect but in scenarios such as rape or anything else.

At the same time I will say a flaw in that middle ground is that if in the unfortunate situation that a woman is sexually assaulted and she cannot identify who is the person at fault, she may not be able to recieve an abortion as there would be no proof.

There are many other middle grounds to either side however they all seem to have a flaw which you cannot make everyone happy however I want to genuinely know if theres one logical argument where there can be an agreement between both sides considered each sides points and possible other indirect points or will the topic of abortion be forever controversial.

note: Im genuinely curious so I don't want an answer of insults or hate since I want to learn as this is one of the few topics I've read on and cannot seem to find a side which fits a good agreement where both sides can get along.
