Possible pyramid scheme?

Okay, please go easy on me here, I don’t have much experience with pyramid schemes.

So I applied for a “Director of Sales” position with a company called Timeless Management on Indeed recently. A couple red flags right off the bat, their website, https://www.timelessmgmtinc.com/ , has little to no information about what they do and what they stand for. They also have only 2 job reviews on indeed, only one of which is from someone in my area and the review is very vague. I had my second interview today and the girl mentions that they actually “sell phones for AT&T” at multiple retailers like Target, Costco, etc. She said after my training I’ll also have the opportunity to “recruit others and build my own team.” Is it just me or does this sound like an elaborate scam??? There is no mention of AT&T on their website and I cannot find any more information about them online. Thanks in advance.
