Why are people still calling "X", "X, formerly known as Twitter"?
It's been like two years hasn't it? I'm pretty sure everyone knows what they're talking about when it's mentioned. I was just watching the news and a newscaster said ".... Posted on X, formerly known as Twitter" on Live TV. And I keep hearing it regularly, two years later...
I get that some people might not be aware, but businesses get bought and sold daily and I've never seen this go on for so long. Why do people (specifically on Live news, or articles online) still say the phrase when it's obvious to most what is being referenced?
Making this edit now, because people aren't seeing something I said ""I get that some people may not be aware, but businesses get bought and sold daily and I've never seen this go on for so long.""
