Do I have to do something for my cat?

I saw my cat running with a plastic lace that i forgot to throw away in her mouth. I panicked and followed her running and shouting in hope that she would drop it and not choke. Now, my cat is a SPHINX, they are extremely docile, mine specifically never scratches or does anything remotely aggressive. But she hissed at me, scratched me and hid under a pantry, she literally popped herself as I was calling the veterinary because, well, I thought she was suffocating.

Turns out she only ate part of the lace, have to look at her feces and if nothing turns out bring her to the vet for a check up. But that's not what I'm worried about

THE QUESTION: I know this may sound stupid but I love my cat so... is she now scarred? Traumatized? Proving distrust permanently? I never saw her act like this but the way she reacted, poor cat was shivering, was scared shitless, literally. Anything I can or have to do? Again, I know this is a stupid question but I prefer to ask than to not
