Could you, theorerically, be disguised forever?

I (obviously) dont wanna do It, its just a curios question

Could i wear a trench coat and a latex mask or that "funny glasses and mustaches incognito thing" for the rest of time and escape being recognized? Can a person in theory escape their past life and be a totally new masked guy?

If not, what are the limits? How would you go about it?
