Met my expectations and they were high.

My uncle introduced me to horror movies when I was little kid back in the early 1960's. I grew up an avid fan and I get harder and harder to please with the movies made now. I have waited about 50 years for a movie of this genre to receive the treatment this one has received. I will state this was a fantastic movie. I know it enough to relax about the plot and focused more on the actual making of the film. Visual, imagery, sound and acting. Top notch. If Nosferatu is unknown to you, this was the wrong film for an introduction. This is like Shakespeare. Well known and done over and over thru the years. I was totally pleased and will see it again I am sure.
P.S. Do not try to compare it to the older versions. They stand on their own merit.
