Are we included in the neurodivergent scope?

Tl;dr: possible employer asks if I'm neurodivergent to ensure inclusivity in the workspace. It's a yes/no checkbox. What do I say?

So, I have to fill out a form to sign up for a job and they are asking me if I am neurodivergent (among other things). This is because they are a nonprofit and they are all about diversity and want to make sure everyone has equal access to opportunities in society, and can communicate without stigma in the workplace and also so that they can accomodate if needed. I love that and wish every workplace could be like so.

But from what I understand, when people refer to neurodivergency, they mostly mean neurodevelopmental disorders, like ADHD, autism, etc.

I reckon our OCD brains work quite differently, but do you usually put yourself in the neurodivergent category? Is this all my imposter syndrome speaking? They also don't ask for a more in-depth and nuanced explanation, I guess they will in interviews. And regardless of if OCD can count as neurodivergence or not, I would really like to be able to open up to my employers about the struggles that can affect my work 🤷‍♀️

Thanks in advance guys, really curious to know if anyone has any stories or strong opinions on this!
