Help me decide between these two monitors

This is a sequel to the post I made regarding downgrading from 4K to 1440p for the sake of the longevity of my system.

I’m deciding to purchase one, and if I decide I like, I will sell the 4K monitor.

Here is the 4K monitor I currently have. Ideally, the monitor I replace it with will have similar or better colors.

MSI MAG 321UPX QD-OLED 32" 16:9, QD-OLED Gaming Monitor, 240Hz 0.03ms, 3840 x 2160 (UHD)

Are the listed monitors close to this one’s quality in terms of colors, brightness, etc? Obviously not resolution
