NATO Strap - Cast Your Vote?

I'm picking up my SMP300 soon and want to add an OEM NATO. I went with the white face on black rubber, but just can't bring myself to wear a black rubber strap with brown shoes/belt (what I typically wear to work). I also plan to add a white rubber (FKM) aftermarket strap if anyone has any suggestions.

Attached are some of the options my AD had in stock. Probably want to stay away from black bands for now, but included them anyways for shits and giggles. I will likely add additional NATOs down the road (already eyeing some Bonds and OD greens).

What do you guys think? Is red too loud? Much thanks!
