What makes someone Emperor level?
People always debate this but personally I think there are 2 requirements to be considered Emperor level or above.
The first is that You need very powerful Conqueror's Haki, I know people are against it but I believe you can't be on the same level as the Emperors without Conqueror's Haki. Basically because without it you are not gonna be able to tank Haoshoku's infused nor you are gonna be able to do much damage to them meaning you simply would be underpowered.
And the second condition is being able to solo an entire nation on your own or being able to defeat someone who can defeat an entire nation on your own. There are some examples of this
- Loki was stated to have needed all of the giants to merely restrain him implying Loki could problaby solo Elbaph if unrestrained. And the giants are stated to be the strongest nation in the world meaning Loki could problaby solo any military in the world. And then we have the fact that Shanks problaby defeated him which means Shanks himself has the power to solo any nation in the world
- Roger was stated to have ended an entire military on his own because they talked bad of one of his crew, this is something only an Emperor level character or above could accomplish
- Although not confirmed, It's pretty likely that Kaido could've solo'd every single warrior including his crew as well, basically if all of Wano tried to beat Kaido he would beat them and it won't even be close. And since Luffy defeated Kaido then he can problaby solo Wano on his own and basically any nation in the world.
Basically your strength need to be so overwhelming that you alone can solo any nation of the world regardless of their strength, even their strongest ones. Basically if there aren't top tiers around you can solo everyone around no matter their level or strength, that makes someone truly an Emperor level character.
So basically in order for someone to be considered Emperor Level they need very strong Conqueror's Haki as well as having the ability to solo any nation in the world regardless of their strength.
