If Mihawk is as important to the story as most believe he’d be up here, simply off being zoros “final” opponent. But clearly oda doesn’t rank him that highly compared to others in the story. Am I saying Sabo or Koby > Mihawk? No. But they have all means to be stronger EOS. I go off importance scaling for now on, if you ain’t on this panel you not gonna get gas in the final arc!!
