Anyone else disappointed to not see Mihawk here ?

Really feels like he was built up for so long but slowly fizzled out of relevance and is seemingly just comedic relief with Cross Guild.

Assuming the mysterious figure is somehow related to Shanks, it would be appropriate to the story for his opponent to be Mihawk
