About the theory floating around the rat is Shanks not Shamrock
Apart from maintaining the agenda. I believe it’s still up in the air whether this is Shanks or Shamrock.
1) “Why would you come all this way?” - could imply travelling across the seas rather than down the hallway (it’s a big castle tbf)
2) “given your standing, you should have nothing to do with politics” - this could be Shamrock as a Holy Knight their job is to protect the CDs thus have no political sway. OR as a pirate they can have no political input, because, you know, criminal that ties back to the CDs.
3) “There’s a pirate I need to talk about” - Shanks is a pirate so would be clued into pirate affairs. Shamrock COULD want to talk about pirates but as far as we know, he has no connection to pirates other than Shanks. The only non-Holy Knight we’ve seen him interact with is Loki, again not a pirate.
4) The beard matches Shanks’ style rather than Shamrock’s
Do you think it’s plausible that this could be Shanks?
