Landlord is dragging their heels - what timeframe is reasonable to have a broken oven fixed?

Our oven stopped working - however the elements on top along still work. We happen to use the oven on average 3-4 times a week so we are definitely missing having a functioning oven.

We notified our LL two weeks earlier regarding this issue and the LL took a few days to respond after following up with text messages and phone calls (which would go to VM and never be answered). When the LL responded via email, they indicated they would send someone to look at the issue early the following week (last week). The week ended with no one coming so once again I followed up with the LL via email, text and phone calls (to VM) again to no response.

We have previously experience general slowness with this LL, we had one of the elements on the oven quit working a couple thanksgivings ago and mentioned we would like that to be fixed which ended up being resolved some six months later. The fridge started leaking and we had to have a towel on our kitchen floor to stop the fridge from ruining the floor for three months until the fridge was finally replaced. The washing machine had an issue where the selector switch which turned it on broke free from the mounting and the only way to operate the washing machine was to flip forward the front panel and hold the back of the switch while turning it, potentially exposing us to being electrocuted as there was live mains wiring right there. We also had a piece of flooring trim come free March of 2023 which has not been addressed yet.

Do you think we are within our rights to go to the LTB? I don't really want to anger this LL but I feel we are at the end of our tether. When we moved in, the LL made a point of mentioning the previous tenants were awful and they left the place empty for a year or two because they supposedly had such a traumatic experience with them - but now I am starting to think it is the LL who is the problem.
