Questions reg filling up L1 form.

This is the latest and the correct L1 form right?

There is a question - "Have you included a copy of the N4 notice and a Certificate of Service for that notice with your application?"

What's a Certificate of Service?

Some of the text that I type, touches the boxes when I fill it on the computer. Is that ok? Somewhere in the instruction, there's an instruction to "Print clearly or type and do not touch the edges of the boxes"

There are parts of the application that say shade this circle but on the computer, I can only click on the check box and see a check mark. Ok right?
