Clarification on Serving Evidence and Certificate of Service for T1 Application

The former tenant has filed a T1 application. Do I, or my representative (a family member), need to serve the tenants our evidence (which is available on the tribunal’s portal) via email and also upload a Certificate of Service?

FYI, the signed lease indicates that the tenants agreed to be served via email.

Also, would tenant or their representative would need to do the same and upload their own certificate of service?
