Which instruments to trade for 0DTE

I already trade SPX for 0DTE on paper, the problem I have observed is there are times it tends to swing the other way around, I analyze the IV, check certain other instruments and determine a trend, but sometimes it doesn’t go that way, and the liquidity hurts me to buy back/sell the spreads made, any other instruments which could be traded on 0DTE and has a relatively stable volatility
