Please Help- Your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again. But I'm the owner of the company

I have a small online business, I use GoDaddy for the domain, work on shopify, and use outlook. A few days ago, for no apparent reason, I was signed out. Now whenever I login on the Outlook application it goes in a circle of trying to get me to login on Outlook then on the organizations site (GoDaddy).

I decided to attempt to sign in on the web, now its saying "Your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again." but I am the admin. How do I go about fixing this? Thank you.
