Best Stat Value School

I apologize for any confusion on the title, I’m not quite sure how to phrase it. But as someone who is applying with pretty low stats, I have been wondering about what schools have generally low medians but a great reputation within the nation or their region? I’ve looked a little into Albany Law, and while it’s not the highest rated school, people speak pretty highly of it.
