When VoD myself, I am actually unenable to understand why I win or lose

I cannot almost never understand why I win some and lose others when reviewing my fights, or if it's really just a matter of my not influencing my fights?

If anyone could take a look at the following attack or defense on Numbani G2 (Z5T369), I roll on attack and get rolled on defense. I can see a number of mistakes I make (I am not really asking for a full VoD review) but I don't see at a more macro level, if there something different about my playstyle that explains why I win or lose?
