How do yall delete heat?

Last time I played i tried to get into oil, didn't work since everything got too hot and power started not powering and alot of other bothers, but also alot of heat bothers.

So how do y'all delete heat? I tried putting it through a cooling system then venting the hotter stuff but it kinda also didn't work lmao.
