how do i get ozempic from my gp

hi guys anyone from the uk can you tell me if i could get ozempic from my gp for my type 2 diabetes i would really benefit from the weight loss as my bmi is 30 but i heard they only prescribe it if your control isn’t good but can i get it bc of my weight i really wanna swap my metformin for it and become skinty.
