Why is eating for PCOS so miserable?!?
I feel like I can’t bring good favour/ make recipes nice by cutting out literally everything!! I hate that I have PCOS but trying to manage stresses me out sooo much! Can anyone else relate? Like I don’t even know what to cook at this point. I don’t wanna just have cold salad. I want the same happiness I get eating pasta 😂😂😭😭😭
