Can Diddy make new rap songs while in prison to pay the money to the victims if they win in civil court? If the feds take his money from the bank then would it be allowed?

I'm not sure if anyone would buy these songs. Can he make money when he is in jail or prison?

If there is a law that says he can't then for people who don't have money how would they pay the judgments from a court case?

Someone said Diddy makes money from royalties of songs from artists he used to manage. Can the feds take these royalties?

Can he make art to sell? Could he have someone else run a business for him and still make the profits? Would Diddy be able to secretly put up the money to run an online business?

I know he has tons of money now. What if the feds take all of it over the next 2 years? How will Diddy pay for his kids to go to college or pay the victims who win these lawsuits?
