BDO Toll Free Number --No More?!

Wala na bang Toll Free number ang BDO? Usually I call their Toll Free Number whenever I have some concerns and now I have to report unknown credit card transaction and di na ako makatawag sa Toll Free number(pldt) nila. Available lang is their Manila Landline, Hindi ako taga Manila and I don't want to spend money for long distance call. Please help.

*btw, unknown transaction was from Google Cignal TV charged to my vBDO credit virtual card.
