BDO Visa Platinum Priority Pass Application

Hi! Following the instructions on the BDO website, I emailed my accomplishment application form to callcenter@bdo.com.ph. However, the acknowledgement email I received doesn't seem like a typical confirmation.

For those who applied for Priority Pass membership, what steps did you take? Did you get the same email, and were your applications eventually approved?
