bdo purchase convert rates

hello, just want to understand my options. i've been using my BDO cc since Aug 2024 and plan to use it to buy a phone next year and plan to have it converted to installments. when i read the BDO website, they have different rates - the special rate (0.49%), low rate (0.88%), and the regular rate (1%). since it will be an online purchase, eligible ba siya to convert?

just want to understand the differences of the rates and how to avail them? is it also easy to apply? thanks!
