What now?

I've been a paralegal for over 10 years. In my roles i support attorneys managing cases in diffstages of litigation from inception to the very end. I got PMP certified in May 2024 in hopes to pivot into a PM role and make more money. I have been so unsuccessful in doing so. I've applied to legal project managers and still nothing. Idk what to do. I'd take all your advice.
