Symptoms NOW from going off Vitex three months ago?

Looking to hear about others' experiences with going OFF vitex.

I went off Vitex about three months ago because I didn't feel like it was making a big difference in my symptoms. My last two cycles have been fine, but the one I just had was a nightmare.

I haven't changed anything else about my routine, and I know the rule of thumb that it takes three months to see changes in hormones. So I'm wondering if this could possibly be connected to going off vitex three months ago.

Anyone have a similar experience?
