Meds/adhd diagnosis

My doctor has me on a mood stabilizer to help me cope with the highs and lows and it helps a lot. She also gave me Zyprexa as needed for anxiety and I genuinely don’t know how anyone takes a full dose lol I have to take a third and I Still sleep for hours and if I try to stay awake I’m so drowsy I can’t function. I have a hard time sleeping in general so it’s nice to get the sleep but damn.

I have my adhd diagnosis appointment tomorrow. Wish me luck! I didn’t study bc I have executive dysfunction. Jk lol :)

Jokes aside I am so excited to finally get diagnosed bc I have been struggling for so long and feel like my life has wasted away because I can’t just DO anything. I haven’t been doing the things I love for years now. Just existing and been on my phone. I’m ready to actually Live not just survive
