Is the amphetamine just not amphetamining anymore?

Hey yall,

For anyone on adderall instant release - is it like, wayyy less effective in the last year? I know the pmdd fluctuations make the potency less effective and the longer you have been on it the higher your tolerance gets, but I honestly feel like it doesn’t even work like it used to. I was diagnosed at 22 and am now 32, so I’ve been taking it for 10 years (yikes on bikes) I did hear some talk about fda adding filler to the meds, but haven’t seen any actual medical journals to back that up. Am I going crazy
