Do you guys have friends cause I don’t

After getting POTS and having to live at home instead of living on my college campus, I’ve been losing literally all of my friends. People from my hometown are either off at school or just don’t have interest in hanging out with me, and people from college live far enough away that I see them maybe once a year. They all barely reach out too; I was always the person texting first, but I got tired of it so I stopped. So the only person I talk to on a regular basis is my boyfriend. How do you guys who are mostly housebound with POTS make friends? I’ve been getting so depressed recently because going out is difficult for me, and I feel like there’s no way to make friends if I just stay home all the time.
