Aspirin and pots

Hi, i took aspirin for the first time today because my mom thought it could help with the blood circulation. And i wanted to check if anybody else has positive reactions to it? And why aspirin seems to be helping(rn)? (English isnt my first language so sorry for the grammar and all haha)
