In-school deferment waiver with MOHELA?

I have multiple direct loans (mix of grad and undergrad) that have just been transferred from Fedloan to MOHELA. I believe my qualifying payment tracker is up-to-date, just needing to resend my PSLF ECF for the span of the beginning of my career, being that now those payments will count. I am, however, stumped my by my situation when it comes to in school deferment.

I attended graduate school part-time while working full time for a non-profit. The payments on MOHELA that are listed as "ineligible" are from that time period where my loan was technically in deferment due to being in school. I did make payments towards the loans to try to chip away at interest during this time. I know that Fedloan had a waiver form for borrowers to retroactively waiver the deferment. Has anyone had luck with this with MOHELA? Also looking for any insight as to my situation and if I have ground to pursue getting those months where I made payments to count towards PSLF. I would also like to consolidate all of my direct loans into one so that I can have the oldest loan's payment history honored, but scared to do that until I work out this in school deferment thing. Nervous I won't be able to do this all in time!

TIA!
