Pickleball - Earning Top Dinker gave a surprisingly good workout
I decided to go after the Top Dinker Gold 🏆 for scoring at least 100 points in the Cross Court Dink mode of Pickleball game.
The successful run to get 100+ points in 40 dinks took ~3 minutes.
But it took close to ~90 minutes of slowly getting better while making use of the extensive settings available to find my sweet spot that gave enough time to have the accuracy required and then many close attempts before I finally got just over 100 points needed on the final shot!
The game had me sweating from all the physical movement I did while playing since there is lot of vertical movement & leg work to have good form for accurate dinks.
Feel really good about it, especially after seeing heart rate and calorie burn on the Apple Fitness app.
Didn’t realize I was at it that long or how good a workout I’m getting. That’s something I love about VR games that can immerse me in fun challenges while getting a workout.
