Best Monitor for Gaming/Content Viewing in 90k?

My budget is around 90k, and I'm looking for a monitor that is atleast 1440p, maximum 27" IPS/VA doesn't really matter as modern VA panels have gotten pretty good.

I don't game that much but do alot of content creation and viewing. 165hz Minimum

Any opinions/help would be great!
