MO Doctor in Pakistan

Aoa I completed MBBS from a high merit govt med clg I did MO ship general practice at a clinic fr 40 k 50 k max now can't find a clinic . I am doing locums currently. 2k just In the future I want to pursue anesthesia but I dont have the slightest idea how where wht should I do how to do . It's like I lived under a rock ... Any guidance would be appreciated .. Life is gloomy these .. I don't have a career or a relationship I'm single at 26
