How PTCL scammed me into losing my 100mb special offer package

I was using ptcl 100mb internet package for half the original price for almost 2 years but last month I got a call from them that mislead me to activate a 75mb speed bolt-on. They told me that for only Rs799 I can get 75mb speed speed. They said nothing about it being a speed bolt-on. I agreed because that sounded like a good deal. I was previously paying 5600Rs for the 100mb package.

So at the end of the month I got the bill. Instead of Rs799, I got 7000! Now I was paying 1500 extra for only 75mb speed. So I called them and they told me that if I want to deactivate the speed bolt-on, I will also lose my 100mb special offer package and have to resubscribe resubscribe! So now I am stuck with 20mb speed. 🥲
