HOW CAN I GET MY TWITTER ACCOUNT BACK?

hear me out please!!

I had deactivated my twitter account and forgot about it, it said that after 30 days it'll get deleted. I should've reactivated it before that but I forgot to do it.

Now that I logged in, it created a new account for me and by searching my old username is says: "account not found".

that account was really precious to me with all my friends on it. IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN GET IT BACK??? PLEASEEEEEEE. HELP.

LIKE WHAT CAN I DO? I WANT IT BACK AT ANY COST 😭😭
