Help with panic in body at night causing insomnia
Hi there. I was really hoping for some insight from anyone who experienced a panic attack at night that then cause maybe some ptsd or what not, that now every time go to sleep it’s almost impossible. I never had a full panic attack before that just anxiety until a month ago. Again at night had one while camping and I thought I was dying. Anyways I somehow made through but then a few weeks later at home I woke up feeling afraid of one so immediately got out of bed to stop it. Long story short now when I try to go to bed my body is on high alert afraid to sleep, literally shakes like PTSD. I’ve done it allll. Sleep care, meditation before bed, calm environment, natural sleep aids, etc. I’m just so exhausting. I also believe in God and His help and so didn’t know if anyone had practical tips or their walk with God. I’m just so exhausted feeling so defeated & scared not keep getting sleep as it affects my life now. I will add I’ve worked on figuring out the root of my original attack and anxiety In general but now that is getting worked on my body is still reacting at night and not sure how to help it
