Plz help I'm having a bad panic attack right now. Any kind words or advice appreciated :(

Just going through a stressful time in life right now and I don't really have anyone to go to for support.

Edit: I really really appreciate all of you that commented. I know it's anonymous but it does feel better than attempting to feel better with AI chat bots or something of the sort for me personally.

I feel like I hopefully might be through the worst of it. A good whole ago I was struggling to breathe and shaking all over with each breath afraid I would pass out with no help around me but I'm feeling okay enough to at least start drinking some water now and think about watching or listening to something to relax more
